1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with POSiX. This Refund Policy is designed to be fair, simple, and compliant with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. All payments are processed through Razorpay.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied with POSiX for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment.
- No questions asked. No justification required.
- This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
- The 30-day period begins from the date of your first payment, not from the date of account creation or free trial start.
3. After 30 Days
- Monthly plans: no refunds after the 30-day guarantee period. You can cancel anytime, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Annual plans: if you request a refund within the first 30 days, you receive a full refund. After 30 days, no pro-rata refunds are provided for the remaining subscription period. You can cancel anytime, and your access continues until the annual term ends.
4. Free Plan
The free plan does not involve any payment. There is nothing to refund. You can continue using the free plan indefinitely or upgrade at any time.
5. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is straightforward:
- Send an email to support@posix.co.in with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your registered email address and the reason for the refund (optional — it helps us improve, but is not required within the 30-day period).
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 1 business day.
- The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay.
6. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed through Razorpay and credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- The refund amount will appear in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- If you paid via UPI, the refund will be credited to your linked bank account.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
7. What Happens After a Refund
- Your account will be downgraded to the free plan immediately after the refund is processed.
- Your data will not be deleted — it remains accessible on the free plan (subject to free plan feature limits).
- Desktop data stored locally on your machine is unaffected.
- You can upgrade again at any time if you decide to return.
8. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom development or consulting services, if any, are non-refundable.
- Domain registration or third-party services purchased separately are not covered by this policy.
9. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the refund resolution, you may raise a dispute as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the matter directly.
